Please find attached the Social Transcript Directive and Score Sheet prepared in order to determine the process of recognizing and systematically recording various individual, social and institutional gains obtained as a result of the participation of students enrolled at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University in all kinds of scientific, institutional, social events, projects and activities with and without budget, organized in partnership with non-governmental organizations, private sector and public institutions inside and outside the institution during their education period and the general structure of the social transcript to be created in this direction.
